Salon du Chocolat Shanghai

Salon du Chocolat Shanghai is a chocolate exhibition dedicated to chocolate in all its forms, from finished products to the equipment and raw materials behind them. It is the Chinese version of the Salon du Chocolat, a show concept that originated in France in 1995, and its organizer is the exclusive licensee of the brand for China.

The show combines a trade side for professional buyers and chocolatiers, who come to source products and build sales networks, with consumer-facing attractions. These include the Global Choco Village, the Global Chocolate Tasting Show, the Chocolate Art Show and the Chocolate Fashion Show, as well as a cocoa and chocolate forum and a chocolate talent competition. The event is held once a year.

Chocolate brands and producers from China and abroad, makers of chocolate manufacturing equipment, cocoa raw material suppliers, dessert manufacturers and companies from cocoa-growing countries.
