FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show

FHC is a trade exhibition for the food and beverage industry where domestic and international suppliers meet importers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms and hotel and restaurant buyers. It takes place once a year and is hosted by Sinoexpo Informa Markets together with a municipal restaurant and cooking industry association, with several trade associations as co-hosts.

The exhibition covers about 200,000 square meters in 15 product categories, with international pavilions and a dedicated wine and spirits area, and runs alongside concurrent exhibitions on adjacent segments of the food and drink chain.

Beyond the stands, the program includes the Golden Apple Awards, culinary, coffee and chocolate competitions, industry forums, and pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between certified buyers and exhibitors.

Meat and seafood producers, dairy and snack makers, confectionery and chocolate suppliers, coffee, tea and beverage brands, bakery and dessert suppliers, condiment, grain and oil producers, catering ingredient and prepared food suppliers, baby food brands, makers of food processing, packaging and canning equipment, and wine and spirits companies.

Importers, distributors and agents, buyers from supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce and new retail platforms, and procurement teams from hotels, restaurant chains, coffee and beverage operators, bakeries and franchise brands.
