Semana Internacional do Café

Semana Internacional do Café, known as SIC, is a coffee event that combines an exhibition with a conference program and is held every year. It brings together the coffee value chain, from the farm to the cup, around business, market and knowledge.

The program includes a symposium and forum, cupping rooms, business roundtables, meetings and workshops, a Women's Summit, a Coffee Week Festival and championships and awards, among them Coffee of the Year.

Coffee estates and cooperatives, roasters and specialty coffee brands, coffee machinery and equipment makers, packaging suppliers, certification and quality bodies, agricultural input and technology companies, credit cooperatives and trade associations. Among the exhibitors: 3Corações, Nescafé, John Deere, Jacto, Satake, Yara.

Coffee buyers and roasters, growers and cooperatives, exporters, baristas and cafe owners, together with coffee enthusiasts.
