Hotel & Food Nordeste

Hotel & Food Nordeste, known as HFN, is a trade fair for the lodging and out-of-home food sector in Brazil's Northeast. It connects suppliers of services, technology and products with hotels, inns and resorts as well as restaurants, bars, bakeries and other food service businesses.

The fair is held once a year by the Pernambuco chapters of the Brazilian hotel industry association (ABIH) and the Brazilian bars and restaurants association (ABRASEL), together with Insight Feiras e Negócios. Alongside the exhibition floor, it offers a content program with courses and themed attractions such as Gourmet Experience, Confeitar, Padaria do Amanhã and Arena Burguer.

Suppliers of ingredients and additives, food and beverages, industrial kitchen equipment, ovens, commercial refrigeration, ice cream equipment, utensils and small appliances, hotel linens, uniforms, furniture, hygiene and cleaning products, packaging and labels, commercial automation and software, logistics, training courses, and leisure and spa services.

Buyers and managers from hotels, motels, inns and resorts and from food service businesses such as catering companies, restaurants, snack bars, bars, bakeries, pizzerias and cafes.
