ISM Middle East

ISM Middle East is a trade exhibition for sweets and snacks, covering confectionery, snacks, bakery and impulse products. It connects buyers with producers, emerging brands and national pavilions, and is co-organized by Dubai World Trade Centre and Koelnmesse.

The show combines product sourcing with live product demonstrations, expert-led discussions and a conference program of business-focused sessions. An awards program honors stand-out brands, and a festive showcase gathers products for seasonal sourcing periods such as Ramadan and Eid. The event takes place once a year alongside other food industry exhibitions.
