IREIS

IREIS is an annual real estate and investment show aimed at property buyers, investors and end-users rather than at trade visitors. Developers, brokers and consultants present property and investment projects from the Middle East, Europe and the Asia Pacific region, with more than 300 projects on display.

The program includes a conference for investors on new government regulations and initiatives, one-to-one meetings, consultancy with real estate advisers and a B2C sales area where spot sales are permitted. Developers offer special deals and installment plans, and financial institutions are on hand to explain mortgage options.
