Simed

Simed is a real estate show for the Mediterranean market, with a focus on housing, property investment, public-private cooperation and innovation. It puts the whole property value chain in contact with buyers and investors, and is organized once a year by FYCMA.

The exhibition floor includes the sales offices of developers and real estate agents, where individual buyers can compare offers in one day, and an Innova zone for new construction and technology solutions. A content program of panels and forums runs alongside, with a business forum on investment and second homes, a meeting on affordable housing and public-private cooperation, and an open call for proptech, contech and fintech startups to present to investors.

A separate program for future homeowners guides visitors through the buying process.
