Trade fairs in Bangkok

Bangkok is the capital of Thailand and the city where its government, business life and international flights meet. Machine tools, cosmetic ingredients, games and digital solutions all have their regional fairs here, held on a few large exhibition grounds.

Bangkok sits on the Chao Phraya River and concentrates Thailand's government, finance, trade and media. Suvarnabhumi Airport and the older Don Mueang Airport connect it to the rest of Asia and beyond, and the city serves as a base for companies that sell into the wider ASEAN region. Some fairs address the wider region, such as Pet Fair South East Asia, a business fair for the pet industry.

Three exhibition centers carry most of the calendar: Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center and Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Hotels such as the Royal Orchid Sheraton and the Centara Grand at CentralWorld host conferences. Industry fairs include METALEX covers machine tools and metalworking, and Asia CanTech is a conference and tabletop exhibition for can makers and fillers. See also industry fairs in Thailand.

The technology side includes DigiTech ASEAN Thailand and Telecoms World Asia, a conference and exhibition for telecom operators organized by Terrapinn. The games industry meets at gamescom asia, which mixes a business area with an entertainment area for the public. Further listings sit under technology fairs in Thailand.
