HORECA

HORECA is an international trade fair for hotel and catering equipment, organized by Targi w Krakowie and held once a year. It serves the hotel, restaurant and catering sector, and its exhibition is divided into three thematic areas called Gastro, Hospitality and Sweet.

Alongside the exhibition, the HORECA Academy offers training sessions, practical workshops and thematic seminars, while meetings in conference rooms and presentations on the main stage are part of the program. Industry experts, trainers and chefs share practical solutions and discuss a different set of topics for the sector each year.

Producers and suppliers of food and drink products for catering, coffee and tea, equipment for hotels, guesthouses, holiday facilities and restaurants, bakery and confectionery products, and machinery for confectionery, bakery and ice cream making.

Professionals of the hotel, restaurant and catering sector, such as hoteliers, restaurant and cafe owners, chefs, caterers, bakers and purchasing managers, many of them decision-makers in their companies.
