Gastrónoma

Gastrónoma is a gastronomy and hospitality show that combines a commercial exhibition area with a large program of talks, cooking demonstrations, tastings and competitions. It is organized by Feria Valencia and held every year.

The program is spread over themed spaces such as a central kitchen stage for chefs, areas for bread, pastry, wine, coffee and extra virgin olive oil, a cheese showcase, an artisan square, a wine tasting tunnel, gourmet bars and a design area. Professional days are aimed at the hospitality trade, while a general ticket gives food enthusiasts access on a single day.

Wineries, small producers, manufacturers, distributors, machinery and equipment suppliers, service companies, artisans, agri-food companies, public institutions, trade media and associations.

Chefs, pastry chefs, restaurateurs, dining room managers, sommeliers, wine producers and distributors, along with food enthusiasts and groups of hospitality school students.
