Chicago Build Expo

Chicago Build Expo is a construction and design show for the architecture, engineering and construction industry of the US Midwest, combining an exhibition with a large conference program. It is organized by Oliver Kinross and held once a year.

The show floor includes dedicated zones for AI and digital construction, fire safety and security, and HVACR, along with hubs for architects, government, and skills and innovation. More than 400 speakers take part in conference tracks and AIA workshops, and a series of networking parties and meet-ups runs around the show.
