Plaza Culinaria

Plaza Culinaria is a gourmet fair for people who see high-quality food and conscious eating as part of their lifestyle. Organized by FWTM, it has been running for more than 20 years and combines tasting and discovery with a shopping experience.

The program includes tastings, workshops, live cooking and an evening event with wine, gin and aperitif tastings. A cooking studio is the center of the fair, where chefs present recipes live. Themed areas cover Asian cuisine, conscious eating and superfoods, the Black Forest region, a showcase of regional top chefs, and a zone for food start-ups and small manufacturers. The Plaza Genuss-Duell contest awards the Plaza Genuss-Stern.
