Dolci d'Italia

Dolci d'Italia is a national festival devoted to Italian sweets and pastry, organized by Epta Eventi. It was created to promote the country's confectionery culture, shaped over the centuries by regional traditions and by the ingredients the country produces in abundance.

The festival is organized in four areas: a tasting and shopping market where visitors can sample and buy confectionery products, an entertainment area with music, urban trekking and shows, a play and learning space for children, and the Sweet Academy, where pastry chefs share their kitchen secrets and techniques. It is aimed at food enthusiasts as well as journalists, chefs, entrepreneurs and trade operators.
